Faux Leather Beds

Is there much of a difference between real leather beds and faux leather beds, apart from the price?

Recently a leading UK leather manufacturer announced that people have switched their buying habits from genuine leather to faux leather due to the recession.

The big difference between the two is price so it shouldn't’t come as a surprise. The average price of a real leather bed is between £400 and £500, whereas a faux leather bed averages between £150 and £300 for a regular double bed frame. In the past year genuine leather bed sales have fallen whilst faux leather bed sales have risen over the same period.

Leather bed frames have slowly been becoming more and more popular. This is down to the big rise in contemporary and modern design, not only that but they are easier to look after and can be used in a number of different settings.

Can anybody recommend a particular faux leather bed as there is a number available on the market.
